What is the vision of the IT Service Management Professional Association?

To be the advocate of every career minded IT professional interested in success as an IT Service Management professional by providing opportunities for personal growth through education, community building, leadership development and knowledge networking. What are the objectives of the ITSMPA in pursuit of the mission?

Objectives for 2010 in support of the vision and mission.

To succinctly define the scope of service management from a professional's perspective as it applies to the information technology organization

To recommend to our members a relevant body of knowledge to act as a recommended reference for IT Service Management concepts and methods

To recommend to our members a relevant standards based professional qualification scheme for the key roles within an IT Service Provider Organization " To operate in a fiscally responsible and transparent manner with the interests of our members uppermost
